Enginerify delivered comprehensive end-to-end engineering and sustainability services for an 80 TPD Waste Oil to Diesel production facility, developed for Reform Oil Solutions and proposed for installation in Zambia in Collaboration with Fuootech for technology transfer. The project was designed to support the government's green initiative, requiring both robust process engineering and internationally compliant carbon documentation. Starting from concept design, Enginerify evaluated the technology configuration and developed Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), followed by detailed equipment design and sizing, utilities planning, and a complete section-wise MEB. In parallel, Enginerify conducted technical and economic feasibility assessments, including yield analysis, CAPEX and OPEX estimation, and emissions screening to support investment decision-making. Enginerify developed a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and ISO 14067 Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) study. The project was delivered as a low-carbon, investment-ready solution.
